@brigaid - On Friday, June 16th, Brigaid hosted an event at Stone Acres Farm that brought together some of the world’s best chefs, food advocates, local community leaders, and philanthropists to benefit the New London Education Foundation’s newly established Last Dollar Scholarship, raising over $110,000 for the scholarship.Brigaid founder, Dan Giusti, brought in René Redzepi, Jacques Pépin, Jeremy Fox, Gavin Kaysen, Stuart Brioza, Nicole Krasinski, Michel Nischan, and Eric Hutchinson to join forces and benefit New London students who otherwise could not afford to attend college.The event boasted a unique format in which all 54 attendees cooked and ate family-style on the grounds of the farm. We're so humbled by everyone who joined us and helped make Friday night an unforgettable experience.
