So every Friday I remind myself to finish strong, and I challenge myself to serve something new or something I never thought we could execute. Today we had whole wheat pancakes for breakfast and chicken tikka masala for lunch. I challenged myself to serve scratch made naan, made fresh for each lunch wave, and the results were amazing. Headed into the weekend knowing I gave everything I have this week.
