Before Brigaid, I worked at various styles of restaurants to help gain experience and expand my culinary knowledge.

When was the moment you knew Brigaid was right for you? 

At my first community meal (during my training week), instantly, I knew this team was not going to accept anything but the best and that we were going to hold each other accountable daily to achieve our goals.
