We tailor our approach to meet your program’s individual needs, goals, and capabilities.
Initial Survey
We ask you to fill out an initial survey to help us better understand your program's needs and goals. A member of our team will then be in touch shortly. Complete the survey.
Program Assessment
We conduct an on-the-ground operational evaluation, identify equipment needs in your kitchen(s), and meet with your leadership team. At the end, we provide a program assessment report.
Staff Training
We work with your staff to prepare scratch-cooked meals from our bank of tried and true original recipes while focusing on topics like knife skills, weighing and measuring ingredients, food safety and sanitation, and kitchen organization. Training can take place during regular school/business hours or a professional development day.
