What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was working as a Chef and Culinary Director across multiple restaurants in both Washington, D.C. as well as Old Town Alexandria.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I came to work for Brigaid because I wanted to be part of an impactful mission to help institutional foodservice teams push boundaries and serve great food to their diners.
