What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was a sous chef and program coordinator for a property in southern Vermont with a new restaurant, market garden, and inn.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

Institutions play a massive role in our country's food system in all realms, from agriculture to workforce development. Brigaid provides the opportunity for chefs to help empower the next generation by working with institutions to elevate many of their meals.
