What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was working with a nonprofit as a cooking instructor in NYC. I also worked as the culinary manager at a summer camp in NH where I managed the kitchen and developed their culinary arts program. In 2023, I completed my master's in food design, focusing on sustainability and innovation.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I am passionate about making food more accessible and sustainable. I believe one of the most impactful ways to help communities is to give children the opportunity to have nutritious and delicious meals that are cooked with care.
