What were you doing before Brigaid?
Before Brigaid, I was an executive chef working for CH Projects, one of the leading restaurant groups in San Diego.
Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?
I've had a recently renewed interest in the quality of school lunches provided to children and beyond. I currently have six nieces and nephews enrolled in the K-12 educational system in GA. My grandmother was a lunch lady, and my early cooking career was largely inspired by her and my mother, both of who were prolific cooks.
