What were you doing before Brigaid?

Throughout my culinary career, I worked as a pastry chef in New York City before eventually transitioning to the savory side. Most recently, I was a restaurant manager in New Jersey.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

Being able to positively impact others through cooking has always been a dream of mine. Ensuring every child has access to a nutritious meal is a cause I deeply care about, and I'm excited to contribute to that goal.
