What year did you join Brigaid?

What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was working as the chef/FOH at a small heirloom grain bakery in Colorado called Moxie Bread Co. They work closely with grain farmers around the country and mill all the whole grain on stones in house.

What’s one piece of advice would you give to younger chefs?

I would say always be willing to learn and take every day as an opportunity to get better at your craft!
