What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was the Chef de Cuisine at Bottega in Napa Valley and then I was the Executive Chef at Quail State in Fresno, CA.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

The culinary industry has a lot of prestige and fanfare, but having the opportunity to help provide fresh, exciting meals to students is one of the most meaningful endeavors.
