What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I was the Executive Chef with an independent restaurant group in Charleston, South Carolina and New York City. 

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I started to shift my priorities, and felt a strong desire to use my skills and experience to serve a community closer to where I was raised. Building stronger communities begins with education, and providing nutritious school meals to children is the bedrock of this.
