Before Brigaid, I was the chef for a catering company and prepared food market in Old Lyme, CT.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Watching chefs on our team and people within the organizations we work with grow and improve professionally as cooks, teachers, and leaders is by far the most rewarding part of my job.
