What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I worked in Japanese restaurants in and around the Sacramento area and as a food consultant for Turkovich Family Wines, a family-owned winery.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I chose to work for Brigaid because I wanted to use my passion, skills, and training that I’ve acquired over the last decade as a chef for a bigger purpose and fulfillment. Also to show fellow colleagues that working in institutions is just as validating and impactful as working in restaurants.
